The Destruction of Noice…
…Has caused me to feel that this website is better to serve me as something completely different rather than the legion website. Since Noice/Beyo were the main co-contributors that made this site tick, the reasonable decision would be to not insult him with its continuance as a legion home.
From now on it will have the best random content that I can find as I try to figure out what else I can use the phrase ‘reign of apathy’ for.

Are you Recognized by Arbolu?
I think titles are often overlooked and forgotten. They become something you leave on and forget about. I have made a personal decision to attempt to get all of them and along the way I have found some very nice ones. This is all my personal opinion but I will share the ones I feel to be the most useful.
Title: Settler of Aion
Bonuses: +3 Physical Crit, +1 Physical Attack, +8 Parry
Rating: 3 Star
Comments: If your lucky enough to have gotten the Collector’s Edition then rejoice not just in your free level 30 wings but in this title as well. It was basically made for an Assassin. This title will carry you from 1-30 by itself. However there is one other early title that needs mention which is…
Title: Bottled Lightning
Bonuses: +3% Speed
Quest: Lightningfoot Tuka
Rating: 2 Star
Comments: While nothing special it gives you movement speed at an early level. You probably wont be using it to chase down those abyss points trying to run away from you but you will be using it for running around questing or for going from one mob to the next. Over time this title becomes several minutes of saved time easily.
Title: Recognized by Arbolu
Bonuses: +3% Speed, +3 Physical Crit, +8 Magic Boost
Quest: Power of the Elim
Rating: 4 Star
Comments: Our first real title I feel has more to offer an assassin then almost any other. You get a small physical crit which isn’t anything much and a magic boost which will increase your rune damage by about 8 but the real advantage of this title is you can get away using the 18% speed boots and still be able to glide in Hide I with Sprint or Hide II with only the title and boots. This is a huge advantage and when rifting becomes game changing for assassins. The quest is easy and you have to kill 50 mobs so you walk away with some good exp too.
Title: Chief Investigator
Bonuses: +1 Physical Attack, +4% Speed, +8 Magic Boost
Quest: Creating a Monster
Rating: 5 Star
Comments: Next we have chief investigator, first thing you will notice is it’s almost exactly the same. This title has 1% more speed and attack instead of crit. I would consider this an upgrade however this quest takes some effort so don’t make it a priority, Arbolu will do fine in the meantime.
Title: Demolitions Expert
Bonuses: +15 Magic Boost, +2 Physical Attack
Quest: A Dangerous Artifact
Rating: 4 Star
Comments: This is my preferred dps title. If your not going anywhere and not going to be tanking, this is where it’s at. It may not seem like alot, and that’s because it isn’t. But if your gonna be grinding mobs for awhile your looking at 1000’s more damage over time because of this title.
Title: Adept DP Manipulator
Bonuses: +45 Maximum HP, +3 Physical Attack, +12 Magic Boost
Quest: Preceptor’s Task
Rating: 5 Star
Comments: Again, this is the upgrade. More damage and some health. This quest is exceptionally easy. You get it from your trainer, you use your 3000dp skill 10 times and win a title. To complete this takes about 2 hours in abyss killing Dire Acheron Drake’s, Virago Ghost’s, or Colossal Garcikhan’s This offers more to an assassin then most classes because it has health and we often get hit or pull aggro, it has attack damage for most our skills and it has magic boost for our runes. There is nothing about this title you won’t be using.

Ding 39 and Update
Well it happened… 38 wasn’t a difficult level, but it definitely took a long time. 39 comes with the prospect of a new weapon and I am one step closer to 40. For this level I will be getting a new dagger, new armor, and I am committing to have expert tailoring before I am level 41. So one step closer to that.
On a different note: Edgarr, our newest member is making leaps and bounds toward the high 30s and has an affinity for everything economics. We PvP’d last night and he is quick on the draw and fun to duo with. He is sharp, and ready to answer any questions you may have. Beyondact [Beyo] – Noice’s alt – and possibly new main toon is gaining exp quick and will be ready to rift and dominate in no time. I love Assassins.

The 9th class.
Well it has finally been unlocked. With all the people getting 50 it was a ranger who first got access earlier this week to the mysterious 9th class. There are a few leaked screenshots about but due to restrictions I wont be linking them.
It looks pretty nifty.
From what we here have heard they have:
Ability to equip and use all weapons. Including duel wielding shields.
They appear to have some kind of stealth although it is unknown as of yet if it is basic, advanced or the speed level.
They carry up to chain armor.
Their wings seem translucent and they fly about 15% faster then normal.
They have there own starting area and unique campaign quests.
It seems like 50 just got a whole lot better!

You can’t ignore the value of sleep, which is this: in contrast to everything else – the best, worst, and only thing in opposition to sleep is awake. Consciousness is the inevitable and expected interruption. There is no surprise when you sleep as you’ll always come out of it the same way… By waking up.
